Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped!

If you are local to Tupelo (38801) I do free pickup! Hooray! Just send me an email. 

We offer $5.95 ground shipping for all orders to the United States through First Class shipping USPS. Additional shipping is required outside of the USA. Shipping generally takes 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but if you need your order sooner please email me prior to placing your order and we can figure out additional shipping costs. The holidays are quickly approaching which means longer wait times for packages and mail delivery, unfortunately! 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at LottieandLucyLLC@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note that there is always the possibility of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for lost packages once the order has left our possession and is shipped.

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your product, but if for any reason you would like to make a return, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging, with no signs of wear or use.

Steps to initiate a return:

1- Please send an email to lottieandlucyllc@gmail.com and include info on which item you wish to return. 

2- If the order falls within the 14 day window we will email a prepaid return label. 

3- Send returned items back to us using the USPS label provided. Once received we can credit your payment method! 

Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method or credit card.
