What materials are used to make your jewelry?

Majority of our jewelry is up-cycled from authentic, designer buttons or zipper pulls, and fabric buttons made my hand. The designer buttons are purchased from a third party supplier who claims authenticity. The posts/backings used are stainless steel that are gold or silver plated. They are Lead and Nickel free. If you would like any of the button studs made into clip-ons we can accommodate! Just shoot us an email, or DM on the Instagram page and we can try to make some to order! Most buttons are vintage or previously used, so there may be minor wear to their appearance.

How do I care for my jewelry pieces?

Please keep all jewelry as clean and dry as possible. Do not wear while showering, swimming, or engaging in strenuous activity where sweating is involved. Moisture may alter the product.

What if my item is delivered damaged or I received the wrong order?

If there is any issue with your order upon arrival please email us at LottieandLucyLLC@gmail.com so we can evaluate and make things right!
